Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Pei-Yu Chou (Alice) / Finding the I, hereinafter referred to as the “Coach,” and you, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” for coaching services as described below.

COACHING RELATIONSHIP

The Finding the I agrees to provide coaching services to the Client for the purpose of achieving personal development and transformation.

The coaching sessions are designed to help you achieve your stated goals and objectives. While the Coach will provide guidance and support, the responsibility for taking action and achieving results lies with you, the Client. We will work together in a collaborative and confidential manner.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

FEES AND PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice issued by Finding the I. All prices quoted are Australian Dollars. Payment is due as specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of coaching sessions.

RETURNS AND REFOUNDS

Please be advised that Finding the I has a ‘No refund and return policy’ for all coaching services. By enrolling in the services, you agree to pay the fees (plus applicable taxes) using the payment method you have selected under the Agreement.

This policy applies to all services offered by Finding the I. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund and return policy. Finding the I’s norefund and return policy is clearly communicated on the website and during the registration process. Finding the I’s no-refund and return policy is in compliance with Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Finding the I is committed to providing the client with high-quality coaching services and support. If any unexpected circumstances may arise, we will offer you appropriate additional support and an alternative solution. Please contact us at info@findingthei.com if you have any questions.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within this notice period will be rescheduled. Cancellations made outside the notice period will not be refunded. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

TERMINATION

Either party, Finding the I and the Client may terminate this Agreement with [notice period:24 hours] written notice to the other party.

Client’s termination:

If the client terminates the services before the agreed-upon term is complete, the client will be liable for the payment of any outstanding fees for the remainder of the term.

Finding the I termination:

Finding the I keeps the right to terminate coaching services with the client when the client displays non-payment, inappropriate behaviour, or other significant breaches of this Agreement.

DISCLAIMER

The client understands that coaching is a collaborative process that involves setting goals, exploring challenges, and working towards positive change and personal growth. The client acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychological, counselling, medical or professional mental health treatment.

The client consents to participate in coaching sessions and understands that the Finding the I will provide guidance, support, and encouragement, but ultimately, the client is responsible for taking action and achieving their goals.

The client understands that any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or in cases where the client expresses intent to harm themselves or others.

The client is aware that the success of coaching depends on their commitment to the process, active participation, and openness to exploring new perspectives.

The client acknowledges that they have read and understood this disclaimer and voluntarily agrees to its terms.

LIABILITY WAIVER

The client agrees to participate in coaching sessions with Pei-Yu Chou (Alice)/ Finding the I as the Coach. The client understands and acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice, psychological, counselling, medical or professional, financial, therapy, or medical treatment.

The client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the coaching process and releases Pei-Yu, Chou (Alice)/ Finding the I from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to the coaching services provided.

The client understands that the success of coaching depends on their own efforts, commitment, and willingness to take action based on the guidance provided by the Coach (Pei-Yu, Chou/ Alice).

The clients acknowledge and have read and understood this Liability Waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.

By using our services, you agree that Finding the I and the Coach are not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold Finding the I and the Coach liable for any actions you take, nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by Finding the I and the Coach.

Finding the I is not responsible for reliance on a group clients’ or members’ recommendation/comments/information or for any meetups or activities outside of the group.

While the Coach will strive to provide valuable guidance, the results of coaching depend on your actions and efforts. The Coach is not liable for any outcomes or decisions made by you during or after the coaching engagement.

All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute medical, psychological, professional, financial or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed. Finding the I and the Coach take no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, resources, and content provided by the Finding the I and the Coach are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior permission.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

By participating in Finding the I coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
